                        Refunds

Due to sanitary purposes for lip gloss and eyelashes; no refund will be issued on any order unless the wrong item or items are sent to you.  

                      Apparel

Due to health concerns (Covid-19 )  all sales are final, unless the wrong item or size was sent to you. Before you check out please be sure that you chose the correct size when you are placing your order. All of our apparel fits true to size. Also please be sure to read the product description of any apparel pieces to ensure that you will be comfortable wearing    the particular piece that you are interested in purchasing.  There will be no exchanges, as we here at MaLeah J. Beauty are proceeding in following safety guidelines to ensure the health. of our customers.

               Jewelry & Sunglasses 

Due to sanitary purposes, all sales are final on our jewelry pieces and sunglasses.                     

                       
                         Delivery

MaLeah J. Beauty is not responsible for any packages being lost in the mail after they are delivered. To ensure this, all packages will be sent with a tracking number through USPS. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE CHECKING OUT. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and your delivery location. All items placed in the same order are shipped together unless the item(s) is labeled as "pre-order", so the pre-order item will ship out once it is in stock and a tracking number for that pre-order item (s) will be sent out to you via email to the email address that was provided to us on your initial order. We can‘t change the delivery address once the package has been shipped. If there are any delivery issues, please contact USPS directly for information. 

                     Processing Time

All orders may take up to 2-5 days to process, because they are all made to order. You may only cancel an order before it has shipped. If your products were already shipped off to you, you will not be issued a refund. 

 
                Pre-Order Policy

What are Pre-orders?
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our store. Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.
